Cathleen Shera has represented buyers and sellers as a Luxury Home Specialist with record sales over 200 million in the Ranch and Coast neighborhoods of So-Cal. With over 20 years of Design, Development and Construction experience with her own firm-Showplace Interiors, Inc, she quickly earned her place as a top luxury property listing agent previously for Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty and now she has recently joined Compass in Southern California. In addition, her extensive knowledge and construction background has resulted in her buyer’s and seller’s highest level of confidence during difficult and challenging property evaluations.
